Welcome to Stump Muncher LLC. These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of our services, including but not limited to stump grinding and removal ("Services"). By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

these Terms and Conditions. If you are using our Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.
2. Services Provided
Stump Muncher LLC provides stump grinding and removal services to residential and commercial customers within Colorado.
3. Quotes and Scheduling
Quotes: We provide free quotes based on information you provide, including photos of stumps. Quotes are estimates and may be subject to change upon on-site inspection.
Scheduling: Service scheduling is subject to availability. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred schedule.
Access: You are responsible for ensuring clear access to the work area.
4. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Provide accurate information for quotes and scheduling.
Ensure that all underground utilities are marked or disclosed.
Obtain any necessary permits or approvals.
Remove any obstacles or debris from the work area.
6. Limitation of Liability
Stump Muncher LLC is not liable for damage to underground utilities that were not properly marked or disclosed.
We are not liable for damage to landscaping or other property beyond the immediate work area.
Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our website and in our communications is the property of Stump Muncher LLC and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
8. User Content
Any photos or information provided to Stump Muncher LLC may be used for the sole purpose of providing quotes and performing services.
You grant Stump Muncher LLC a non-exclusive license to use these photos and information for these purposes.
10. SMS/Text Messaging
By providing your phone number and opting in via our website form or chat widget, you consent to receive service-related text messages from Stump Muncher LLC. Supported carriers are all major U.S. carriers. We do not sell, rent, or share your text message data. Your SMS consent information is never shared with third parties, except for text message delivery. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for more assistance. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
